Monifa Maat is a wellness educator, author, performing artist, and the founder of Be It Enterprises LLC, a certified MWBE wellness company dedicated to elevating community health through creativity, compassion, and culturally responsive programs.

She is the creator of Bed Aerobics Fitness Flow™, a bed-based fitness and healing system designed to help individuals restore strength from the inside out.
