40 Hour Work Readiness Bootcamp

Our mandatory bootcamp is an intensive, foundational experience that prepares youth for the journey ahead. This section details the structured timeline and key topics covered during this critical onboarding phase, emphasizing social-emotional development and fundamental skills.

Day 1-2: Foundation & Self-Assessment

Guided eligibility paperwork, onboarding into systems (AOSOS), initial career exploration (Job Zone/Career Zone), and personal goal setting with an emphasis on self-awareness and social-emotional foundations.

Day 3-4: Academic & Digital Foundations

Introduction to GED prep, pathways to college, hands-on computer skills training, and foundational financial literacy workshops, all designed to foster healthy learning habits.

Day 5: Communication, Leadership & Career Exploration

Interactive CRAVE! sessions for communication, leadership development activities, and a deep dive into the fitness industry as a viable career path, including how to utilize skills learned from coaches and mentors.
