Bed Aerobics Fitness Flow™ (BAFF) is a gentle, faith-fueled wellness practice designed to support movement, daily habits, and overall well-being—right from your bed or chair. Led live by creator Monifa Maat, The Healthy Motivator, BAFF blends low-impact movement, breathwork, affirmations, and lifestyle support into a sustainable weekly rhythm.
No equipment. No pressure. Just consistency, care, and community.

This lifestyle support is educational and designed to complement the movement practice

● Classes are 45 minutes
I demonstrate all exercises from the bed to show how effective, accessible movement can be—participants may choose the surface that feels best for their body
● Day: Thursdays
● Times:
○ 6:30 PM cohort
○ 7:30 PM cohort
● Frequency: Once per week
(designed for consistency and sustainability)
BAFF runs in structured seasonal cohorts:
● Winter: January – March
● Spring: April – June
● Fall: July – September
(Breaks between cohorts are built into the schedule.)
Participants enroll in 3-, 6-, or 9-month cohorts for lifestyle consistency and accountability.

Do I have to exercise in bed?
No. BAFF can be practiced from your bed, mat, or chair. I demonstrate from the bed to model safe, low-impact movement, but you’re encouraged to choose what feels best for your body
Is this class only for beginners?
Not at all. BAFF is a layered practice. Each class includes options and cues that allow beginners and long-term participants to grow together—without anyone feeling left behind or bored.
How often are classes?
Classes are held once per week for 45 minutes. This rhythm supports consistency, recovery, and sustainable lifestyle change.
What if I miss a class?
Life happens. While live attendance is encouraged, BAFF is about progress, not perfection. Missed classes are not refundable, but participation remains flexible.
Is BAFF a medical or diet program?
No. BAFF is a wellness and lifestyle movement practice. It does not replace medical care or provide individualized nutrition counseling.
Can I join for just 3 months?
Yes. You may enroll in 3-, 6-, or 9-month cohorts. Many participants choose longer options for accountability and deeper habit-building.
Will BAFF offer certification in the future?
Instructor training and certification pathways are in development. Right now, BAFF Live focuses on building a strong, consistent practice and community
